Messy Emails, Strict Requirements
A property manager for group homes receives work order requests throughout the day—via email, text messages, and phone calls. Each request comes in a different format: some are one-liners, others are rambling paragraphs.
But the ordering system requires a specific, consistent format: Task, Location (with standardized building codes like "GH 75"), and Details. Every request had to be manually reformatted before submission.

We built a simple, browser-based web application that uses AI (Google Gemini or Groq) to instantly transform raw, unstructured text into the exact format required.
